Return Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions.

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

 

Returns

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.  A restocking fee of 25% will be charged to returns over $100. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: batteries, electronics, and custom orders. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

 

Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@fourwh.com.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

All returned merchandise should be sent to us at 109 Pioneer Ave, Woodland, CA, 95776.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Warranty

If you need repair work on component parts, products or devices not manufactured by Four Wheel Campers, you must contact the manufacturer to have any service or repair work done.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

After we have received your valid return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

 

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.

Do you already own a Four Wheel Camper?

 

Consider joining us for our 8th Annual Customer Rally & Campout this weekend (Dec. 6th – 8th) in Anza Borrego Desert. Weather forecast looks good and we’ll have a blast!

 

To camp with us you must own a Four Wheel Camper and you must Pre-Register in advance. But if you don’t own a FWC yet and just want to stop by for a few minutes to look at campers, that is OK too. Stop by and say hello. We will be camping at the Main Street Event Center, Ocotillo Wells, Anza Borrego desert.

 

Delivery times are starting to GROW due to the number of orders coming in. Please don’t delay if you want your new camper for Spring 2020. We are already booked out with new orders until March 2020 or later. Check our “stock inventory” page if you are looking for a camper sooner. Our dealers sometimes carry inventory for immediate sale.
