There’s nothing like a cold brew after a long day of travel. Better yet, there is nothing better than a cold brew at a brewery when your truck camper is only a few feet away!
If road trips and craft brews are two of your favorite things, this is the perfect Four Wheel Camper blog for you as we’re breaking down 8 breweries you can camp at across the country.
Breweries You Can Camp At in 2024
1. Ten Sleep Brewery, Wyoming
Located at the base of the Big Horn Mountains a couple of hours from Yellowstone National Park, Ten Sleep Brewery is the ideal spot to park your truck camper rig at the base of epic outdoor adventure. Opened in 2013, the brewery has expanded in recent years to include campsites, RV hookups, and a flatbed stage for entertainment on the weekends. Just a meander down the road is the Big Horn Mountains, offering world-class rock climbing, hiking, and fishing.

2. Willapa Brewing Company, Washington A microbrewery with to-die-for pizzas and a delicious selection of brews, Willapa Brewing Company is a member of Harvest Hosts, a platform that allows travelers to stay overnight when supporting the small business for a small annual fee. Pretty cool, huh? If you aren’t a fan of beer, that’s okay, too! The location also offers many wine & cider options.
3. Beer Naked Brewery, Vermont
With a slogan like “Enjoy beer naked brews with spectacular views” you can’t go wrong choosing to park your truck camper at this microbrewery for the night! Situated at the top of Hogback Mountain, Beer Naked Brewery offers 100-mile views, live events, and delicious wood-fired pizza. Campsites are located within walking distance from the brewery as well as local hiking trails.

4. Wild Run Brewing Company, Virginia
Wild Run Brewing Company is unique because it is a brewery located within a campground. Stop by for a brew or set up camp for a few days at Aquia Pines Camp Resort. The campground offers tent sites, as well as RV sites and full hookups. Better yet, there’s an onsite pool for the kiddos!
5. Lilypad Hopyard Brewery, Tennessee
You might have to pre-plan to camp out at this brewery as it’s only open and available to stay on weekends. But at a 4.9 Google rating with 230+ reviews, it proves there’s something special about this place. Campsites are available on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights at a rate of $30/night for two people. This small-batch brewery will likely be one of the most unique on your trip but is perfect for those looking for delicious craft brews in a family-like environment.

6. Blue Quartz Winery & Brewery, Virginia
Wine? Beer? Dogs? Camping? You heard that right! The Blue Quartz Winery & Brewery checks all the boxes. The winery & brewery offer two campsites for RVs or pop up campers which can be reserved on Hipcamp.com. Stop by for the night and enjoy the stunning view of the winery and surrounding Appalachian Mountains. The sites include access to water & firepits but do not have electrical or water hookups.
7. Melvin Brewing Company, Wyoming
If traveling to Grand Teton National Park and looking for easy camping and great brews, Melvin Brewing is the perfect pit stop. Located less than an hour south of Jackson, Wyoming, Melvin is one of the best breweries in the West. Better yet, there are plenty of dispersed campsites surrounding the brewery for truck campers & vans to set up for the night while enjoying the restaurant and brewery just a few steps away!

8. Mount Shasta Brewing Company, California
Another member of Harvest Hosts, Mount Shasta Brewing Company is located in Weed, California, at the foot of the 14,000ft peak of Mount Shasta. The family-owned microbrewery started in 1992 and has been serving up mouthwatering brews ever since. Sit at the historic gold-rush age bar and make new friends while sipping on their famous Weed Golden Ale.
