During peak tourist season in the summer, parking lines for sites like Grand Prismatic can stretch a mile down the road. Nearly everyone has heard of the classic road trip adventure along Route 66, which stretches over 2,400 miles from Chicago to Santa Monica. Four Wheel Campers’ partnership with Clean Up The Lake began in 2022, and we are pleased to share the details of our latest event with the Lake Tahoe-based 501(c)(3). Not only did our volunteers collect and sort hundreds of pounds of debris and litter at Fallen Leaf Lake, but we got a tour of Clean Up The Lake’s research truck, which is outfitted with a Project M camper.
